Promotion FAQ
The October 2026 year-end clearance runs from 1 October to 31 October 2026. The Free TV special offer ends earlier on 15 October, and the refrigerator offer runs until 31 December 2026. All offers are limited in units and end when stock runs out, so confirm availability with our agent team.
Subscribe to 2 or more selected washers or dryers between 1 and 15 October 2026 — Washer + Dryer, Washer + Washer or 2 Dryers are all accepted. Eligible models are FX1412S5GR, F2520SNEKR, TX2522AT9GR, TV2520SV9KR and RX10VHP3KR. The units must be installed within October 2026, and only 130 TVs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. The Free TV special offer is accepted together with any other promotion, so you can still enjoy the promotional price on each eligible washer or dryer.
The promotional monthly price applies for months 1–12 of your subscription only. From month 13 to the end of your contract, the standard monthly subscription fee applies. Each offer lists both the promo price and the price thereafter.
It depends on the offer. Front load washers, the dryer, the washer dryer 2-in-1, the dishwasher and the air purifier combo carry a discounted monthly price until your contract ends. The refrigerator and top load washer offers give 50% off for the first 12 months, after which the standard rate applies.
The stacking kit lets you stack the dryer on top of a compatible front load washer. The dryer is RM110/month without the kit, or RM116/month with the kit included (model code PRX10VHP3KR.APTO). Tell our agent team which version you need when you enquire.
No. The combo price requires 1 unit Single Booster Alpha Pet (AS65GDBY0) and 1 unit Aero Mini (AS30GGW10) subscribed together under the combo. Only 70 units are available.
Every LG Subscribe product still enjoys the yearly promotion: 50% off for the first 9 months, or the Reunion Combo at RM10 off per item until contract end when you subscribe to 2 or more new items.
Standard professional installation and delivery are included in the LG Subscribe rate. Additional charges may apply only if non-standard installation is required (e.g. special structural work). Our agent will inform you of any extra costs.
Final prices are subject to LG Subscribe Malaysia's confirmation. This website is not operated by the official LG Malaysia, so the promotions shown here are for reference only and may contain errors. Please confirm the latest rates and offers with our agent team before applying.
